Cooking / Healthy Cooking Demonstrations
All cooking demonstrations are customized to help achieve your goals and objectives.
Hand-Outs will be provided and will include Chef Brian's "Simplified Diet Plan" and recipes/nutrition analysis for all dishes demonstrated.
"Dining In PCS" will demonstrate recipes using the freshest ingredients available.
Generous Sample provided
Chef provides cookware, cooking appliances (butane burners grill etc.)
Host company provides table (6-8'), canopy for outdoor events.
Rates for demonstrations
1 hour demo (lunch and learn) $250 per hour plus expenses (groceries)
1/2 hour demo (fast lunch and learn) $200 plus expenses (groceries)
2 hour class/demo (in depth class including cooking methods and Q&A)
$350 plus expenses (groceries)
Serving plates, bowls, forks, napkins available.
