Cooking Classes at the Firehouse
Our Mission:
Classes designed to make cooking fun again...
To provide simple, concise and practical techniques / instructions that students can use in their home kitchen. Our recipes will require no specialized equipment or exotic, hard to find ingredients. Our students will be able to re-create the dishes they learn in class.

Summer Salads - Thursday April 21, 2011, 6:00pm-8:00pm

 

Tired of eating the same old “rabbit food” salads? Chef Brian will demonstrate how to make salads from fresh vegetables, herbs, beans and pastas.  We will also prepare fresh, home made croutons and salad dressings for our salads. Recipes included.
